Shipping and Handling
Please allow 2-5 days for your orders to be shipped.
We ship our items from Monday to Friday, PST time.
Tracking will be provided. Please allow up to 2 days for tracking information to update.
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we will sometime in the future.
We use USPS as our primary mailing service.
The shipping methods we have are:
- First-class mail
- Priority mail
Here is our delivery time:
- First class mail - 2-10 days
- Priority mail - 1-6 days
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are only estimates. You are eligible for a refund for shipping fees if your items did not arrive to you within the delivery time frame.
Lost and Damaged Merchandise
If your items have not arrived to you one month after the estimated delivery date, we can send you a new package free of charge or give you a full refund.
For damaged items, please provide us a photo for proof of damage on your parcel. Make a request on our contact page about your damaged package. You can return the damaged package for a full refund.
Note: Please be patient with us if your item have not arrived. It may be delayed due to the holidays, weather, customs, etc.
Wrong Shipping Address
If you put in the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Mistakes happen, so we get that.
