When you place an order, please make sure your email address is accurate to receive updates on your order.

Updating Addresses/Removing Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need your address updated or need items removed. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make anymore changes.

We are not responsible for shipping fees if your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address.


Please contact us as soon as possible if you need your order canceled. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it unfortunately. You can always return the product for a full refund.

Pre-orders will be shipped by the estimate delivery time listed on the product listing. However, there may be delays, which is beyond our control. Please be patient with us when this happens.


We will plan restocks when products are sold out. You can sign up on the product page to be notified when they will be back in stock.

Shipping and Handling

Order Fulfillment

Here is our estimated processing time.

  • Most items are shipped within 2-5 days.
  • Made to order items are shipped within 2 weeks.

Your orders will be shipped separately if you added a made to order item to your order.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for every shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

*Due to high costs, we decided not to ship to other countries except Canada. However, you may use a package forwarding company as an alternative way to order and receive the items.

International buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees required by their country. If you deny the package due to custom fees, we will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees. No international package can be send as a gift.

Shipping Options

We use USPS to ship our orders. If you need additional services such as Express shipping or signature confirmation, please contact us.


Here is our delivery times:

  • United States - 2-14 days
  • International - 2-8 weeks

    Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are only estimates. If your order have passed the delivery time frame, please contact us. You are eligible for a refund for shipping fees if your items did not arrive to you within the delivery time frame.

    Note: Please be patient with us if your item have not arrived. It may be delayed due to the holidays, weather, customs, etc.

    Order Issues

    Packages Lost in Transit

    If your items have not arrived to you two weeks after the estimated delivery date, we can send you a new package free of charge or give you a full refund.

    Packages Delivered but Missing

    If your package is lost after delivery, please discuss with the local post office and neighbors to see where your package went. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

    Missing/Wrong Items

    If you happen to have missing or received the wrong items, contact us right away! Please provide photos of the items you've received and we will send you replacements at no charge. A new tracking number will be provided for you.

    Defective Merchandise

    If you receive a defective item, please let us know and provide us photos of the defect.

    Here are options we offer for these cases.

    • Return the defective item to exchange it for a new one if stock is available.
    • Return the defective item for a full refund.

    Return Policy

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. You will receive a free return label. Please check below to see which items can/cannot be returned.

    The following items cannot be returned.

    • Final sale items

    You have 30 days from the day of the delivery to return your items. International customers have 60 days.

    Returned items must be unused and clean in the same condition you received it. It must be in its original packaging.


    Refunds are given for the following reasons.

    • The items have been returned to us. (Full refund)
    • Your items are delivered to you late. (Shipping cost is refunded)
    • The package is lost in transit and never arrived. (Full refund)

    After the refund is processed, your refund will arrive within 14 business days.


    We put things on sale for special occasions. You may find sales announced on our social media accounts or newsletter.

    Custom Requests

    We do not accept any requests for custom made products, donations, or trades.


    We are not currently open to collaborations at this time.

    Privacy Policy

    We will not share any personal information you provided on our website with anyone. The information we collect from you will only be used for verifying purchases or sending newsletters (if requested). No unsolicited mail will be sent to you.
