ORDER TRACKING

Tracking is provided for every shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

*Shipping to Canada is currently on pause due to the postal strike.

*Due to high costs, we decided not to ship to other countries. However, you may use a package forwarding company as an alternative way to order and receive the items.

International buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees required by their country. If you deny the package due to custom fees, we will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees. No international package can be send as a gift.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We use USPS to ship our orders. If you need additional services such as Express shipping or signature confirmation, please contact us.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are only estimates. If your order have passed the delivery time frame, please contact us. You are eligible for a refund for shipping fees if your items did not arrive to you within the delivery time frame.
